Evening | Private Farm-To-Table Dinner
We will walk to Bramble Hall (an on-property dwelling) known for its cozy ambiance. Here we will have our own private cocktail party with a bartender, followed by a candle-lit farm-to-table five-course meal - we will be the only ones dining at Bramble Hall. Incredibly special.
Our meal will be led by Executive Chef Cassidee Dabney, and the menu will showcase the best of the farm and region through seasonal cuisine. Think: artisanal breads, local cheeses, vegetables picked from the farm that morning, trout caught on site, dry-aged steaks, and warm apple desserts.
We will have a curated conversation on “Found Money”, where each woman shares one strategy, decision, or shift that generated meaningful ROI. The goal: everyone leaves the table wealthier.

Lunch Meeting | Private Meet And Greet
I am thrilled about this meeting - we will move locations to a small barn I have rented on-site. We will cozy up by the fire, sitting on a sherpa with cashmere blankets, and sip on cider while we connect with the Blackberry Farm Design & Build Team.
The team has agreed to be an open book and answer any and all questions you have - systems, contracts, pricing - anything! They have designed private Blackberry residences and commercial properties across the country. Their residential price per square foot starts at $950 (excluding furnishings & architecture).
WEALTH, PSYCHOLOGY & POSITIONING
After a picnic lunch overlooking the mountains, we'll head out for a private Farmstead tour with the Managing Director of Holdings.
As we explore the property by golf cart, we'll go behind the scenes of one of the most successful hospitality brands in the country, studying how Blackberry Farm has thoughtfully expanded beyond a hotel into retail, culinary, strategic partnerships, programming, and countless guest touch-points. No detail is overlooked here - they even raise and train their own truffle-hunting dogs, which we can meet. Together, we'll unpack the many interconnected revenue streams that support the brand before concluding with a beautiful charcuterie spread showcasing ingredients and products made right on the property and sold worldwide.
From there, you'll have the freedom to design your afternoon - you can select multiple activities.

After a full day of learning, exploring, and dreaming bigger, we'll intentionally slow the pace.
We'll gather for my favorite experience. A gorgeous farm-to-table dinner in a barn built in the 1800s in Lancaster, PA, then imported piece by piece to Blackberry. The stunning interiors were designed by Suzanne Kasler.
We will enjoy a gorgeous, seasonal meal by a James Beard Award-winning chef and explore the wine menu - Blackberry has the second largest wine collection in the country, worth $40M.
Years ago, all of us worked together 1:1 - we created the engine. We defined your niche and ideal client, and built sales confidence. Now we are ready for part two. Big Money.

After an afternoon at the spa, we'll freshen up and gather for a private long table candle-lit dinner in the wine cellar. Blackberry has one of the country's most renowned wine programs.
We will be guided by the in-house sommelier for a unique wine pairing. If wine isn't your thing, you will still be wowed by the stories. Think - bidding wars on wine collections hailing from Italian royalty. Cozy, delicious, and a one-of-a-kind experience.
