Not a mastermind. Not a conference.

THE Experience

The Inner Circle is an invitation-only retreat for 8 hand-selected designers, hosted at Blackberry Farm in the Smoky Mountains.

The experience includes six months of private group coaching leading up to our gathering in February 2027.

Created exclusively for women I have previously coached, this is a high-trust room of multi 7- and 8-figure interior designers already operating at an high level. No time is wasted. There is already a shared vocabulary.

Every woman was intentionally selected not only for the business she has built, but for the unique perspective and narrative she brings to the group.

Four days of private coaching and strategic conversations that move the needle forward - hosted at the bucket list property, Blackberry Farm in the Smoky Mountains.

Our HQ is on 5,400 acres - a private farm and mountain privately held by the family who created Ruby Tuesday's.

Parts of the property were designed by Suzanne Kasler and D. Stanley Dixon. Swoonworthy!

I booked an entire 9-room estate. Mountain views. Multiple fireplaces. En-suites.

Roundtables. Guest Speakers. Strategy Sessions. Farm To Table Meals. Horseback Riding. The Spa. A Private Property Tour.

Notes on blackberry

I researched and toured multiple properties and landed on Blackberry for a few reasons. First - naturally, it is five star all the way - experiential, expansive and designed by the best minds in the industry.

Secondly - Blackberry is an absolute masterclass in brand positioning, hospitality, strategic growth and multiple revenue streams.

Beyond the hospitality arm, Blackberry has expanded into residential real estate, a design-build division (who builds at $900 per sq ft - excluding architecture & furnishings - yes we are meeting with the team for a private Q&A!) retail products, weddings, a lifestyle club - all while maintaining an incredibly distinct point of view and brand standard.

It is incredibly inspiring that Blackberry is privately held. Mary Celeste Beal is currently the proprietor for the entire Blackberry brand. In 2016, her husband suddenly passed in a skiing accident. She is 42 years old and has 5 children. She is credited for the visionary expansion of Blackberry. We have so much to learn and study.

What's included

The Inner Circle

Pre-retreat onboarding, website audit, and updated biography

Structured post- retreat integration to carry momentum

six months leading up to the retreat

Each designer will receive private onboarding, in-depth website audits, newly written biographies, and six months of pre-retreat coaching roundtables with the group leading up to Blackberry.

We’’ll meet monthly coaching sessions where we intentionally work to move the needle forward strategically. For two of the months I am bringing in coveted speakers.

Kathy Kuo will be presenting on building a namesake brand and my dear friend Beth, legal advisor to families with a net worth of $500M+ (she was Michael Jordan’s divorce attorney) she will share connecting and selling to high net worth clients.

During these sessions we will build rapport and create off-line conversations sharing resources. By the time we are at Blackberry, you’ll be connecting with your most trusted confidants. This group is your new industry best friends. My guess? You will be traveling together to market.

Following Blackberry, we will remain connected through structured post-retreat integration sessions to keep momentum moving.

The experience begins long before Blackberry Farm - and continues after you leave

The retreat is not theoretical.
It is practical, strategic, and built for designers already operating at scale.

the work

As you know… how you sell matters as much as what you sell.

For stage two of your brand - we refine exactly what to send, say, and present before, during, and after high-stakes client conversations - so you can lead consults with great authority and ease.

This includes language for pricing, objection handling, and confidently standing in your fee without explanation. We workshop this together. We film it so you can practice. We role-play in mock conversations.

Sales Confidence & Consult Mastery

theme one

Structure creates confidence - for you and your client.

We break down specific tweaks you can make to package, price, and present full-scope design work that supports $500K-$3M+ projects.

We will work through pricing models - proposal language, and visual presentation designed to reduce friction and reinforce trust to get the contract signed.

You’ll also receive direct feedback from the group - offering insight, perspective, and refinement.

Million Dollar Offers & Proposals

theme two

Revenue is only one part of the equation.

We’ll identify where money is being left on the table and the 5% tweaks that can dramatically increase your wealth.

After investing $120,000 learning from my advisors and studying how $5M–$50M+ entrepreneurs use tax strategy, I discovered some key concepts that shifted my mindset from “Can I write this off?” to “How do I structure this to write it off?”

Over fluffy lattes and mountain views, I’ll share the lessons that changed everything for me, including how my business paid for my wedding and how I received $76,000+ in gifted products from luxury brands last year alone (clothing, jewelry, skincare, shutters, Sisal Rugs, etc.) And no - you don't need a massive following.

Wealth Strategy & Financial Positioning

theme three

Your title beyond - “Founder & Principal Designer”

We are going to discuss building equity beyond client work through second streams.

I am talking - partnering with developers and gaining equity on properties, licensing, sitting on paid boards, creating a podcast, getting booked to speak and developing a course. We will refine the conversation based on the groups categories of interest.

Then, I am going to book a pre-retreat private, off-the-record conversation with my client and sweet friend Kathy Kuo on the realities of royalties, brand partnerships, and how designers are truly compensated for their name, face, and influence.

Second Stream & Expansion

theme four

The room matters.

This retreat brings together a small, vetted group of 8 designers operating at a similar level - creating a space for honest conversation, shared resources like - who is doing your renderings, capitalizing on AI, how exactly do you price, how to manage a VA abroad, sharing vendor pricing, etc.

Connection begins months before Blackberry and continues through structured post-retreat integration.
